Shop Inquiries

Where do you bake your cookies?

All cookies are homemade and baked in Riverside County in Riverside California. Permit number is PR0083036.

How big are your cookies?

The majority of our cookies are 5 inches in length; however, certain designs may be a bit smaller or larger.

I need my cookies or prints for a special occasion. Can you guarantee their delivery?

While we cannot guarantee every delivery, it is always best to order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure their safe and timely arrival. 

I'll be at an event you'll be attending; can I pick up my order there?
 

Yes, you can always pre-order and pick up at any event. Please email info@popumai.com to reserve your order.

Do you deliver?

Yes, we deliver in Southern California. However, delivery fee varies on location.

Where is my order?

All customers will receive a tracking number when order is shipped.

What happens if my order is lost or arrived damaged?

We will send a replacement or refund if order is reported to be lost or damaged within 14 days of delivery.

Event Inquiries

How can I be a vendor?

Forms will open and be listed for every event. When spots are filled, registration will close. 

Are your events free to attend?

As of now, all events hosted by Pop Umai are free entry.

Do you need tickets to see any voice actors?

Yes, to see voice actors at any event will require a free ticket.
