A Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero themed fan pop up event with a Halloween twist! Hosted by UmaiGosh Entertainment & Tomogachacon.

2:00pm - 10:00pm
*Happening the same day is the Downtown Pomona Artwalk. Their event is from 6pm-10pm, the same street but across Garey Ave.
VENDOR SPACE: Vendors will be outdoors in front of the Metro Event Center on East 2nd Street.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, vendors must bring their own equipment; this includes canopy, table, chair, lighting, etc.
Each vendor spot is 10ft x 10ft.
RULES AND DETAILS: Vendors must keep their area clean and pick up any trash left in their area after tearing down. Vendors must stay until 9pm; after 9pm, vendors are free to teardown. However, street will not open until 12am.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Booth sharing is allowed and it is NOT a requirement to only sell Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Zenless Zone Zero merch. No AI generated products, including prints, allowed.
SET-UP: Vendors are allowed to set up as early as 10am on Saturday, October 12th. Please check in at the Information Booth. Arrive no later than 1 hr before the event begins.
VOICE ACTORS: Voice Actor Guests will be located inside the Metro Event Center in the "Marbella" building (to be included in another map). If you would like to purchase an autograph from any voice actor, please go to the front of the line, show staff your vendor wristband, and you will be allowed in. We allow vendors to meet guests after 6:00pm, and after the event ends.
Hoyoween - 10x10ft Canopy Spaces
In the unfortunate scenario that we have to cancel the event due to severe weather or acts of God, vendors will be offered either a full refund or credit for a future event. The event will be held rain or shine; light to moderate rain will not cancel the event.
If you need to cancel, no refunds after 8/6/24; if you cancel after the deadline, your payment will be credit for one of our future events. Credit must be used within 3 events.
