A small 2 day fan event celebrating Genshin Impact's Lantern Rite! Hosted by UmaiGosh Entertainment & Tomogachacon.
Please note this a smaller event and is NOT a part of our "Night in the Tavern" series.

Vendor Hall Time:
Saturday: 11am - 7pm
Sunday: 11am - 6pm
VENDOR SPACE:
Vendors will be indoors in the Fuego and Marbella Buildings of the Metro Event Center.
In order to keep our prices as low as possible, vendors must bring their own equipment; this includes a 6ft table, chair, lighting, etc.
Each artist spot is 8ft x 5 ft. Each vendor spot is 10ftx10ft. We can provide chairs but please bring your own 6ft table.
RULES AND DETAILS:
Vendors must keep their area clean and pick up any trash left in their area after tearing down. Vendors must stay until 6pm on Sunday; after 6pm, vendors are free to teardown.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Booth sharing is allowed
and it is NOT a requirement to only Genshin Impact merch. No AI generated products, including prints, allowed.
SET-UP:
Vendors are allowed to set up as early as 9am on Saturday, February 8th. Please check in at the Information Booth. Arrive no later than 1 hr before the event begins.
It's two days and vendors may left their booths indoors overnight.
FUEGO BUILDING BOOTHS: Please note that the Fuego building is having an event on Saturday right after our events so both tables and vendor spots need to be cleared out.
Night at the Harbor - Vendor Table Spots
In the unfortunate scenario that we have to cancel the event due to severe weather or acts of God, vendors will be offered either a full refund or credit for a future event. The event will be held rain or shine; light to moderate rain will not cancel the event.
If you need to cancel, no refunds after 1/31/2025; if you cancel after the deadline, your payment will be credit for one of our future events. Credit must be used within 3 events.
