An anime themed fan pop up event celebrating all romance! Hosted by UmaiGosh Entertainment & Tomogachacon.

*Overnight security will be provided from SAT 8:00 pm - SUN 8:00 am

VENDOR SPACE: Vendors will be outdoors behind Almond Haus in their private parking lot. This fee is for the space for 2 days.

Vendors must bring their own equipment; this includes canopy, table, chair, lighting, etc.

Each vendor spot is 10ft x 10ft.

RULES AND DETAILS: Vendors must keep their area clean and pick up any trash left in their area after tearing down. Vendors must stay until 7pm; after 7pm, vendors are free to teardown or leave their setup with overnight security.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items and we recommend you take your most valuable items with you.

Booth sharing is allowed and it is NOT a requirement to only sell “romantic merch”. No AI generated products, including prints, allowed.

Romance merch can count from any series, including anime, video games, manga, light novels, manwah, manhua.

SET-UP: Vendors are allowed to set up as early as 8am on Saturday, February 3rd. Please check in at the Pop Umai and Gacha Garment booth to sign in. Arrive no later than 1 hr before the event begins.

VOICE ACTORS: If we have any voice actor guests, they will be located inside the venue towards the back entrance. If you would like to purchase an autograph from any voice actor, please go to the front of the line, show staff your vendor wristband, and you will be allowed in. We allow vendors to meet guests before the event begins, during the event, and after the event ends.

In the unfortunate scenario that we have to cancel the event due to bad weather or acts of God, vendors will be offered either a full refund or credit for a future event. If you need to cancel, no refunds after 1/19/24; if you cancel after the deadline, your payment will be credit for one of our future events.
Each vendor will receive a "Welcome" email which will contain a waiver. Please email your waiver to info@umaigosh.org by 01/19/24.

Failure to submit this before the deadline will not only result in unbeing to sell at this event but there will be no refunds nor will this apply as credit for future events.

While we will not ask for your seller's permit at this time, please note that the state of California does require vendors to have one.

The following items are not allowed in the vendor hall for resale:

AI generated products

Firearms, weapons, and knives

Food not approved by the venue

Art fan is allowed but distributation of other artist's fan art without their prior consent is not allowed.

NSFW materials must be covered. Vendors caught selling any of these prohibited items on site will be asked to remove said item(s). If vendor continues to sell prohibited item(s), vendor will be asked to leave without a refund or credit for a future event. Vendors attempting to sale firearms, weapons, and knives will be grounds for instant removal.
There will be two raffles throughout the event by DJ set outside. Attendees will receive a ticket for every $10 spent at any vendor booth. UmaiGosh Entertainment and Tomogachacon will provide tickets.

More details will be provided the closer we get to the date. Vendors will be asked at check-in if they would like to donate to our raffle. Donations are optional and not a requirement.
